-This cervical abrasion is caused by tooth
brush -What are some other causes of

-Note the incisal surfaces of lower anterior
teeth -What causes attrition of teeth?

-Note the labial surfaces of these teeth. There
are smooth saucer shaped areas of enamel loss.

-Note the vesicles at the angle of the mouth. It
begins as vesicles, then they break down into
ulcers. The ulcers heal by formation of crust.

due to excess fluoride)
-Note the generalized white-yellow-brown
discoloration of most teeth
11Tetracycline stain
Note the discoloration at the cervical one third
of the anterior teeth. The discoloration is
uniform and regular on the teeth involved.
