Planner TQ Program Purpose

• Provide incumbent Work Planners a
  performance-based TQ program
• Provide a graded approach to Work Planner
  qualification based on complexity of planning
  assignments
• Provide a performance-based Work Planning TQ
  program for newly assigned work planning
  personnel
• Provide a continuing training (refresher) program
  for qualified Maintenance Work Planners
• Implement consistency across the Lab in work
  planning
• Allow the movement of qualified Work Planners
  across departments and divisions maintaining a
  consistency in planning methodologies
