Indexing documents

• From a users desktop, select from the list of
  documents scanned from the mfp. This will open
  the indexer to allow identification of the
  document for easy retrieval.

Adding index values

• IQmfp makes document identification quick and
  easy. Enter values in the index fields and add
  the document to the database.

Microsoft Office Connector

• You can also index and store documents from
  within any MS Office application.
• A button on the toolbar launches the ImageQuest
  indexer.
• Indexing from MS Outlook allows archiving of
  email. Choose the message, attachments or both.

Window Explorer Connector

• Documents can also be added to the archive by
  using the familiar Windows Explorer.
• Right click on an item and select Send To then
  ImageQuest. This will launch the indexer.

• Select the document type and search criteria to
  retrieve your document
