Main obstacles from teaching staff
  • Refusing of old fashioned teaching staff to go
    in for this procedure
  • Complaints from teaching staff that they are not
    competent to answer on some questions even fields
    covered by our self evaluation questionnaires
  • Bad motivation to participate in such activity

  • Bad motivation
  • Some of them didnt understand this activity
    seriously
  • Dont submitting previously taken questionnaires
    to us

Achieved results
  • Collect enough questionnaires to have valid
    sample both from teaching staff and students
  • Big support from Deans office to do this in the
    future on the regular basis
  • We clearly saw main advantages of our Faculty and
    opportunities to change things.
  • Also we realised main threats for our Faculty

Conclusion
  • To continue self- evaluation procedures in the
    following years on regular basis
  • To improve and extend questionnaires and to
    develop guideline how to perform basic
  • To consider main complaint of teaching staff who
    is filling what on the more systematic way
  • To go in for regular external evaluations
