employees, by - Providing and maintaining safe plant and safe
systems of work - To ensure safe handling, storage and transport of
articles and substances - To provide information instruction training and
supervision to ensure health and safety at work - To provide safe access and egress at all times
- To provide and maintain a safe place of work and
working environment

- Employees Responsibilities
- Every employee whilst at work shall take
reasonable care of their own Health and Safety
and the safety of others who may be affected by
their acts or omissions. - To cooperate with their employer so far as is
necessary to ensure a safe working environment
(to abide by the rules) - No person should intentionally or recklessly
interfere with or misuse anything provided in the
interest of Health, Safety or welfare
