  interested in increasing participation in 2008.

• Client increased incentive for risk management
  program participation from 50 to 100
• Client enriched program communication by adding
  program branded awards, html email, and
  increasing contact frequency
• Added spouses

• Results

With no change in incentive amount, HRA
participation showed a 177 lift over 2007.
