OASA tank type water filter enables to improve
efficiently the quality of the drinking water
delivered from the public water supply or from a
well. The water filter filtration insert is
exchangeable. You may store the reserve
filtration insert in its original package over an
unlimited period of time. We normally deliver
OASA tank type water filter together with a
filtration insert having a green cap. If you use
the filter for additional treatment of water from
the well, we would like to recommend you to
ascertain the water nitrate content. If the water
nitrate content is lower than 50 mg per litre,
then, in case of further filtration insert
replacement, you may use the filtration insert
with a red cap. In this case the original insert
with a green cap will have a 150 litre capacity.
Inserts have been stabilized bacteriologically,
and, over the whole durability, they will not
deteriorate water bacteriological properties.
Feel free to store water treated in this way in a
refrigerator for as many as three days, without
any change in water bacteriological
properties. OASA water filter glass kettle may be
also used for water heating and for preparing tea
or coffee. The deposit receptacle may be also
used as a measuring cup.

Popis a obsluha nádobového vodního filtru
OASA Po sejmutí vícka nalijte do plastové nádoby
vodu a nechte vodu samovolne protéci filtrem.
Poté sejmete vrchní plastovou cást a odlote do
priloené odmerky. U nové vloky se zeleným
víckem nepouívejte první litr prefiltrované
vody. U nové vloky s cerveným víckem
nepouívejte první 3 litry vody. Voda mue být
zabarvena prachovým podílem aktivního uhlí.
Sklenenou konvici vypláchnete vodou. Poté je
prístroj pripraven k príprave Vaí pitné vody.
Nepouíváte-Ii vodní filtr více jak jeden den,
nepouívejte ke spotrebe prvních 0,2 l upravené
vody. Pri odstavení vodního filtru na dobu delí
jednoho týdne, zvyte tuto dávku na 1 Iitr
vody. Chcete-li vymenit filtracní vloku
nádobového filtru, plastovou nádobu sejmete a
tlakem zdola na filtracní vloku ji vysunte
dovnitr plastové nádoby. Opacným postupem vlote
novou filtracní vloku do plastové nádoby.
Filtracní vloku zasunte do otvoru a dukladne
zamácknete. Nádobový vodní filtr OASA je urcen
pro trvalý styk s pitnou vodou. Nádobový vodní
filtr OASA není urcen pro prípravu kojenecké

Filtracní vloka se zeleným víckem Vloka s

OASA Tank Type Water Filter Description and
Operation Upon removing the lid, pour water in
the plastic tank and let it flow spontaneously
through the filter. Afterwards take off the
upper plastic section and put it aside in the
attached measuring cup. In case of a new insert
with a green cap please refrain from using the
first litre of the filtered water. In case of a
new insert having a red cap kindly abstain from
using the first three litres of water. Water
might be tinted by the portion of activated
carbon powder. Rinse the glass kettle with
water. After that the device will be ready to
prepare your drinking water. In case that you do
not use the water filter for more than one day,
do not use the first 0.2 litres of treated water
for consumption purposes. In case of shutting
down the water filter for a period of time
longer than a week, increase this dose up to 1
litre of water. Should you wish to replace the
tank type filter filtration insert, remove the
plastic tank, and, using pressure from below
exerted on the filtration insert, the latter will
be disengaged inside the plastic tank. You may
introduce the new filtration insert inside the
plastic tank by carrying out the process in the
reverse order. Introduce the filtration insert in
an opening and depress it thoroughly. OASA Tank
Type Water Filter is intended for permanent
contact with drinking water. OASA Tank Type Water
Filter is not intended for preparation of infant
water. For OASA Tank Type Filter reserve inserts
ask your local dealer. The OASA water filter
glass kettle may be also used for water heating
and for making tea of coffee. The deposit

Filtration insert with a green cap A
high-efficiency insert decreases the water
nitrate content, while preserving the original
water mineral content. Likewise, the filtration
insert, having a green cap, removes harmful
substances indicated in case of the insert with
a red cap, its capacity, however, will be reduced
with the increasing nitrate content in the input
water according to the below table. Please fill
in the ascertained nitrate content on the first
line. Then, on the second line you will find out
the water amount, which you will be required to
filter through one insert, without the nitrate
content in the treated water exceeding the
admissible value of 50 mg per litre. Upon
filtering the water amount thus ascertained, it
will be necessary to replace the insert by a new
one.
