Conclusion
52Optional Workshop (5)Writing Objectives
- Group work activity Time 20 mins
- Working with another colleague
- identify an area for development that relates to
the school development plan e.g. ICT, Literacy,
Numeracy, etc - decide which aspect of this area it would make
sense for you to set as a review objective - discuss this with your colleague
- write an objective related to this aspect, using
the planning record sheet to record your
objective - decide what sources of evidence would be needed
to enable a reviewer to monitor progress and
determine whether the objective had been achieved
53Optional Workshop (6)Gathering Evidence
- Group work activity Time 20 mins
- Working with another colleague
- list the sources of information available in your
school or department that would enable teachers
performance to be monitored e.g. pupil
achievement results, NFER tests, GCSE results,
GCE results, Key stage results, classroom
observation - identify the procedures or protocols that already
exist for reviewing performance within the school - consider what arrangements need to be made for
the available evidence to support PRSD
