YOUR CHURCHS VISION AND MISSION
  • You will be largely responsible in leading your
congregation to seeing the vision and doing
    the mission
  • It is imperative that you know, understand,
accept and love your people - meeting them where
    they are
  • It is important that you have a deep-seated
conviction as to why this church is needed

20

your mission and describe your vision to new
    people
  • Saying your church welcomes all people says
little who is your specific niche?
  • Describe the problem and how your church is the
solution do this as succinctly as possible
  • Be interested in the personal stories of these
new people they want to know that you care who
they are and appreciate their journey
  • New people will not care how much you know until
they know how much you care

21
TIME TO PRACTICE

    exist
