Definitions

• 1) Regular Polygon all sides and angles are
  equal
• 2) Inscribed in a Circle vertices of the
  polygon lie on the circle and the center of the
  polygon is also the center of the circle

• NOTE if we triangulate the polygon, each side
  forms the base of an isosceles triangle whose
  sides are the radius of the circle
• 3) Apothem - the altitude of these isosceles
  triangles
