• Density is an intensive property
• Intensive properties quantity of substance does
  not matter
• Definition of density ratio of mass and volume
  in the form mass/volume

Error Analysis

• Error analysis typically involves 2 aspects.
• Accuracy-How close the measured values were to
  the accepted values
• error experimental-accepted/accepted x 100
• Precision How close your measurements were to
  each other.
• Rel. range high value-low value/avg. x 100

Sig Figs in lab

• ALWAYS use sig figs when doing labs unless told
  otherwise
• At least 3 sig figs for ALL density measurements
