Training Needs Analysis Nowadays, and taking
into account the objective of improving
enterprises competitiveness, Human Resources
training is an important value. Projects
Department offers a service of training needs
detection and assessment to enterprises. In
this way, Projects Department elaborated a tool
aimed at - Detecting training needs - Carrying
out the training evaluation after its execution

public institutions, social agents and non-profit
organizations but also for enterprises, in order

MAIN OBJECTIVE To establish the needed
action guidelines to reduce the causes that lead
Biscay workers to sick absenteeism. At the same
time it was analysed, from a gender comparative
perspective, sick absenteeism in order to check
if women absent work more frenquently than men as
socially asumed.
