Problems before training and how to solve the
problem

• Anxiety I felt nervous, fear, and worry about
  my first day. However, I can solve the problem
  by talking to my friend, release, and prepare
  myself to cope with it.

Problems during training and how to solve the
problem
Operation Issues disagreement and conflict
amongst colleagues. The stress can spill into
relationships at work and affect the atmosphere
of the whole operation. Thus, I try to avoid
taking side if it possible or I have to be
disinterested about that.
Managerial Issues workplace diversity is the
main problem, so I have perceived and realized
the positive of diversity to create the best way
for my training rationally.

The quality and quantity of training
Both of Thai Airways staff and internship
student have to provide high standard quality of
service to achieve passenger satisfaction. I gain
valuable skills to building my career in the
future and I have learnt how to work smart by
observation and perception then practice myself
to maintain, upgrade, and update practical skill.

Strengths
Weakness

• Thai Airways improved my performance in a large
  organization environment.
• Received more knowledge that related to
  specific useful competency about ground service
  operation.

• I have trained only one part of ground service
  operation department.

Suggestion to improve the following areas
Practical Training Program should have prompted
process because the delay affects some students
missed the place they want to get an internship.
Curriculum its better if modify the content of
curriculum by lowering the percentage of
examination from 20 to 10, presentation from
30 to 20, and increasing the percentage of
training from 50 to 70.
