Definition of Plagiarism
  • Plagiarism includes, but is not limited to the
    use, whether by paraphrase or direct quotation,
    of the published or unpublished work of another
    person without full or clear acknowledgement
    including resources from the internet. It also
    includes the un acknowledgement use of materials
    prepared by another person or agency engaged in
    selling term papers or academic materials.

Consequences
  • 1st offense Zero on assignment and parents
    notified.
  • 2nd offense Zero on assignment, student
    suspended 1 day, and parents/teacher conference.
  • 3rd offense Zero on the assignment, student
    suspended 3 days, and parents/teacher conference.
  • Individual teachers can add to the punishment.
