  • My TC or CED says they need my password, is this
    true?
  • Absolutely not. Under no circumstances should
    anyone have your password. Access to necessary
    tools and documents can be managed using delegate
    access in Outlook and the Shared folder on your
    server.
  • Purdue policy states sharing your password can
    result in consequences up to and including
    termination.

  • How do I change my password?
  • Press Control, Alt, Delete
  • Choose Change Password
  • Enter your old password
  • Enter your new password
  • Confirm your new password
  • Click OK
  • This changes your password for all Purdue
    Resources.

  • Empty your Deleted Items folder
  • Move all stored attachments to your folder on the
    P drive
  • Clean up your sent folder
  • Setup archiving
  • Note Make sure your archive is pointing to your
    P drive!

  • Go to Tools ? Options ? Delegate Access
  • Under the Delegate Tab select Add
  • Choose the person/people who need access from the
    Global Address list
  • Click OK
  • Choose the access you want them to have to each
    part of your outlook
  • Click OK

    is the Gatekeeper IP Address

  • Why do I get Cannot locate a copy of your local
    or roaming profile, when I login?
  • When we moved to onepurdue we tried to minimize
    the change to our users by moving their profile
    to the new domain. Unfortunately, for many of our
    users, this broke their profile.
  • The only 100 fix for this error is to rebuild
    your profile.

  • Have you rebooted?
  • Is your machine on the network?
  • Are others in your office experiencing similar
    problems?

    our webpage?
  • The CED has access to this mailbox.
  • At least one other person has access to the email
    box. To find out who, contact Melinda at the Call
    Center.
  • All users with access received an email earlier
    this year.
  • Additional access must be requested by the CED.

  • Press 1 for Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher,
    Outlook, FrontPage or Adobe Questions
  • Press 2 for Extension Database (ED), SAM, County
    Web Templates, Staff Development or other Ag
    School Specific Applications
  • Press 3 to leave Voicemail for AgIT
  • Press 4 for all other questions (including
    daytime IP Video questions)
  • Press 5 ONLY for assistance with evening IP
    Events.
  • Stop by our offices in the Ag Administration
    Building. The Call Center is located in Room 12.
