• Need to use a common framework for data
  collection and analysis
• An outsider helps make things comparable

• Trust all your partners
• Be flexible and creative, use all data that is
  available pictures, maps
• Some partners are more in a hurry that others
• Be co-operative, partners dont have the same
  culture, dont speak the same language

• You avoid mistakes made by others
