• Experience-results
• Project preparation requirements were unknown,
  EU did not transmit them on time
• There were no properly prepared analyses
  (environmental impact, cost-benefit, etc)
• The additional transmission of documents to
  Brussels became a common practice
• No contracts were signed.

  two projects
• Except the advances there was no payment used in
  the environment sector.

  the Kecskemét agglomeration
• Development of the wastewater collection and
  treatment system in Szombathely County
• Development of the wastewater collection and
  treatment system of Debrecen and its vicinity

• The assistance available in the environment
  sector for the period 2000-2006 was committed
  with this three projects
• Contracts of the environment projects of 2000
  were signed
• Contract of the Road rehabilitation Programme for
  achieving 11.5 ton Load Bearing Capacity, Phase I
  was signed, works started at spring 2004
• Edition of new PRAG caused a delay of 2-3
  months at tendering.

• strengthen economic and social cohesion
• decrease regional disparities
• keep the balance of the budget and
• improve environment conditions
• Provides funding for projects with a budget
