Your Villa Manager
Edoardo Rossi Our Villa Manager of Scottish and
Italian descent, was raised in Italy and speaks
six languages (Italian, English, French, German,
Spanish and Thai.)   Prior to his appointment at
Peter Island Resort, he was the Food Beverage
Director at Bovey Castle, a 5-Star Country House
Hotel in the South of England.   He has also held
the positions of Butler, Food Beverage
Director, and Operations Manager in the following
exotic locales  United States, Scotland,
Switzerland, and Thailand.   Edoardo received his
Bachelor of Science degree in International
Hospitality Management from the prestigious Ecole
Hotelliere de Lausanne.  He enjoys fine wines,
exploring the islands, music, and traveling the
world.   Edoardo oversees the luxury villas
staff, and is dedicated to ensuring the guests
experience by exceeding their expectations.

Your Villa Staff
Keenan C. Fifield, Lead Villa Chef  US National
who has trained in European and US kitchens, from
private clubs to large destination resorts. Now
with us for nearly 2 years he has found his niche
in ensuring that every single dietary requirement
has been met consistently throughout your stay.
He is most proud of his Jerk Rum Glazed Mahi
Mahi, with boniato potato and sautéed Villa
Garden greens.
Elvis Martin, Villa Steward  At Peter Island for
12 years and in the Villa Program to what we know
now for 6 years. Look forward to laying pool and
have Elvis deliver you a bowl of his favourite
frozen grapes. Keturah Henry, Villa
Steward  Since 1998 Ket was private Villa
Steward for the Van Andel Family in their own
Villa, and since 2003 in Crows Nest bringing the
Villa Program to what is now. An Antiguan
National, you may find her in your Villa Kitchen,
pushing the chef aside to make her special Island
Roti (A Caribbean favourite).
 Romeo Cameron, Villa Steward  Our newest member
of the Villa team for now 2 years, Romeo brings
with him an energy and enthusiasm that matches
his name. A Jamaican National he is always
smiling and happy to go the extra mile for
you.    Cassandra Smith, Villa Housekeeper  For
now 4 years in the Villa Program, 15 years at
Peter Island and originally from Nevis, she will
glide around the Villa, keeping it pristine
without your noticing she is there.
