Goal To provide a means for encouraging and
developing a sense of community and family
amongst the staff of Cedar Brook Elementary and
promoting stability amidst retention of all
faculty and staff members.
Strategies Identify exemplary teaching
practices and actions and reward teachers by
providing gotcha certificates and substitutes
for teachers to attend staff development or
continuing education classes during the school
year.
