- 1 pkg. (14 oz.) KRAFT Deluxe Macaroni Cheese
Dinner - 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 pkg. (1-1/4 oz.) TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS
Taco Seasoning Mix or generic - 3/4 cup water
- 3/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream or
generic - 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided
or generic

- Quick Chicken a la King
- Prep Time 15 minutes
- Serves 4
- 1 tbsp. margarine OR butter, 1/4 cup chopped
green pepper OR red pepper, 1 can (10 3/4 oz.)
Campbell's Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup ,1/2
cup milk ,1 1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken OR ham
,4 cups hot cooked regular long-grain white rice - HEAT margarine in saucepan. Add pepper and cook
until tender.ADD soup, milk and chicken. Heat
through. Serve over rice. - Add 1 box Green Giant Steamers Vegetable , your

- Swiss Steak
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour ,1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/8
teaspoon ground black pepper, 1 pound boneless
beef sirloin steak, cut into thin strips ,3
tablespoons Vegetable Oil, divided ,1 medium
onion, sliced 2 cans (8 oz each) Hunt's Tomato
Sauce ,1-1/4 cups water, 1 envelope (1 oz each)
au jus gravy mix - Combine flour, salt and pepper in large
resealable plastic bag. Add steak seal bag.
Shake bag gently to evenly coat steak with the
flour mixture set aside.Heat 1 tablespoon of
the oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add half of the steak cook 3 minutes, or until
evenly browned, stirring occasionally. Remove
steak from skillet cover to keep warm. Repeat
with remaining steak. Add the remaining 2
tablespoons oil and the onions to same skillet
cook 4 minutes, or until onions are tender,
stirring frequently.Add tomato sauce, water and
dry au jus mix to skillet stir until well
blended, scraping up browned bits from bottom of
skillet. Add steak stir. Bring to a boil. Reduce
heat to medium-low simmer 15 minutes, or until
gravy is thickened, stirring occasionally.

- Angel Hair Pasta with Shrimp or Chicken
- 6 ounces dry angel hair pasta, uncooked, 1/2 cup
chicken broth 2 tablespoons La Choy Lite Soy
Sauce, 2 teaspoons cornstarch, 1/2 teaspoon
ground ginger, PAM Olive Oil No-Stick Cooking
Spray 1 small bunch green onion, cut into
1/2-inch lengths (1 bunch about 1/2 cup) 2
cloves garlic, minced (2 cloves about 1 tsp) 1
medium yellow summer squash, cut into 1/4-inch
slices 1 small red or green bell pepper, cut into
thin strips 8 ounces boneless skinless chicken
breast, cut into 3/4-inch pieces 4 ounces medium
shrimp, thaw if frozen, peeled, deveined - Cook pasta according to package directions,
except omit any salt or fat.2. Meanwhile, whisk
broth, soy sauce, cornstarch and ginger in small
bowl with wire whisk until well blended set
aside. Spray large skillet with cooking spray.
Heat 1 minute over medium-high heat. Add onions
and garlic cook 1 to 2 minutes, or until garlic
is golden brown, stirring occasionally. Remove
onions and garlic from skillet set aside.3.
Add squash to skillet cook 2 minutes, stirring
frequently. Add bell peppers cook 2 minutes, or
until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring
frequently. Remove vegetables from skillet set
aside. Add chicken and shrimp to skillet cook 3
to 4 minutes, or until chicken pieces are no
longer pink in centers and shrimp turn pink. Push
chicken and shrimp to 1 side of skillet. Stir
broth mixture pour into skillet. Cook 1 minute,
or until broth mixture is thickened, stirring
constantly. Mix in the cooked vegetables cook
1-2 minutes, or until heated through, stirring
frequently.4. Drain pasta place on serving
plate. Spray with cooking spray top with the
vegetable mixture.

- Orange BBQ Ribs
- 1 cup Barbecue Sauce
- 1 tsp. grated orange peel
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 3 lb. pork spareribs or baby back ribs or any
sale rib - PREHEAT grill to low heat. Mix barbecue sauce,
orange peel, juice and crushed red pepper.PLACE
ribs, bone-sides down, on greased grill.GRILL,
uncovered, 30 min. on each side. Brush with the
barbecue sauce mixture. Continue grilling 30 min.
or until ribs are cooked through (160F), turning
and brushing occasionally with the barbecue sauce
mixture. - May also place all ingredients in a large slow
cooker on High for 4-6 hours Add ½ cup H20 for
this method and liquid as needed to prevent
burning.
