TV meetings

• TV meeting is convenient way for frequent
  communication
• We held several TV meetings for preparation of
  the kickoff meeting.
• System KEK MCU
• User clients have to be pre-registered.
• It can connect to US Esnet system as a neighbor
  server
• Presentation materials
• Posted at http//ilcphys.kek.jp/meeting/lcdds/
• Administrator register the meeting
• Speakers submit files by themselves.
• It is also the archive of the meeting
  presentation
• Administrator could also put minutes.
• To create another series of meeting (soft,
  vertex) Let me know
• Participation from audio phones is also possible,
  though it is expensive ( same as usual phone
  conversation ).
• TV meeting in the region should be easy,
  becausethe time difference is less than 5 hours.
