The concept support group is probably more urgent
than the concept costing panel - though that
also will be needed.

• Suggested initial goals
• Appoint 6 people soon with a charge along the
  lines of the previous slide.
• Start discussing common benchmarks NOW for the
  rest of this
• short session.
• Invite SiD and GLD representatives to the
  PFLO meeting -
• Paris, 13-15 January - to carry benchmark
  discussion further, to
• to identify tools requirements and to begin
  general information exchange.
• Aim to agree benchmarks at LCWS in Stanford,
  March 2005.
• Work through Simulations sessions at LCWS,
  Snowmass etc.
• to develop tools.
