6Desa Maju (Rural Voice-rich Information
Community)
- Literally means Advance Village.
- To enrich the rural community with rural-based
information such as plant cultivation tips,
commodity price, fishery, forestry, education,
health and so on. - Using the Interactive Voice Response (IVR)
technology. - Attracted JICA (Japan International Consultative
Agency) to contribute its grant for this system
installation in Lassang village (part of Takalar
District) and TELKOM as the Project Manager.
