E-Public Service, SIMTAP(One Roof Management
Information System )
  • A web-based public service system.
  • Developed Implemented since 2000 in 5 regions
    Takalar, East Kutai, Sidoarjo, Musi Banyuasin,
    Karimun.
  • Impacts
  • quality of public services is increased.
  • revenue is increased.
  • efficiency of paper usage is increased.
  • people in those regions now become more
    accustomed to IT.

Desa Maju (Rural Voice-rich Information
Community)
  • Literally means Advance Village.
  • To enrich the rural community with rural-based
    information such as plant cultivation tips,
    commodity price, fishery, forestry, education,
    health and so on.
  • Using the Interactive Voice Response (IVR)
    technology.
  • Attracted JICA (Japan International Consultative
    Agency) to contribute its grant for this system
    installation in Lassang village (part of Takalar
    District) and TELKOM as the Project Manager.
