development, and implementation of the
professional learning plan in which they will
participate - Participate in the development of the LEA
professional learning plan - Plan in consultation with the LEA for their own
professional learning

- If the needs of private school teachers are
different from those of public school teachers,
a separate professional learning plan for private
schools should be developed
