Lets go on a scavenger hunt!

• Find a two minute video segment about the largest
  living land animal on earth
• hint it can fit a lot in its trunk
• Download that video
• Find an image of mans first small step
• The key word the king of pops famous dance
• Download that image
• Find a sound of a drum playing
• Now find a song about drums
• Find an article about Martin Luther King
• Find Kennedys speech in which he exclaims, Ich
  bin ein Berliner
• Download each of those audio files

Hyperlink to a video using PowerPoint

• Open up PowerPoint
• Choose Blank Slide
• Insert text
• Highlight the text
• Go to your ToolbargtInsert gthyperlinkgt then
  navigate to one of the files that you just
  downloaded and select ok
• Play your slide and click on your link

Embed a video inside your PowerPoint

• Open up PowerPoint
• Choose Blank Slide
• Go to your ToolbargtInsert gtmovies and
  soundsgtmovie from filegtnavigate to a file that
  you just downloaded and select ok
• Select start automatically or on mouse click (I
  recommend click)
• Play your slide and click on your link

Repeat until you have linked to or embedded all
of the things you found in the scavenger hunt!

• Log back into DE streaming and find the tool that
  will take you around the world with an
  interactive map
• Hint check out the Teacher Center
• Now find the tool that will show you what
  happened on April 16 in Science, Math, Language
  Arts, and more
• Hint it is just above that interactive map
• Tell me what this weeks theme is
