disciplines have different publication rates, a
normalization factor is used. The statistics
published by National Academy of Sciences (of the
USA) are used for this purpose. - Number of authors in the publication.
- Full paper/letter status of the paper.

- Undergraduate and Graduate Teaching Facilities
are paid for by the university - Research Facilities are developed and built by
external funding - Faculty members and graduate students can receive
addtitional income from external projects
according to the rules of the Sponsored Research
Committee.
