• Eliot Eggleston had a splinter
• That wouldnt come out until next winter.
• His mom got a tweezer and tried to squeeze it
• But the splinter was too big for a tweezer to
  tweeze it.

• So they called in a handyman named Clarence McNab
• But the splinter was too big for his pliers to
  grab.
• Last came the Splinter Squad with sirens and
  gongs
• And they finally got the splinter out with
  fireplace tongs.

• Eliots splinter- imagine that!
• (He uses it today as a baseball bat.)
