Bench Building Project
Why I did my project? I chose to do this
project at the Coastal Humane Society because, I
love working out in the community, working with
animals and I see the importance of the Coastal
Humane Society. The coastal Humane society
provides a safe living area for animals that are
stray abused or abounded, each year they help
over 2,500 animals at any one time.
What I did for my project I will be building
a few benches made out of cedar for the Coastal
Humane Society in my woodshop class with Mr.
Clark. The benches will be placed outside The
Costal Humane Society near the dog cadges so
people can sit outside and visit with the dogs to
see which one they want to adopt. They will also
be placed in different parts around the Coastal
Humane Society.
How did my project benefit the Coastal Humane
Society? My project benefited the coastal
humane society by, making for a place where
people can sit down and visit with the animals
that they may want to adopt or just visit with
them.
