• Problems linking from NPG products toNature
  Research titles
• NPG journal short titles differed from Medline
  syntax used by CrossRef
• Created pre-query filter. Transforms NPG short
  titles to Medline syntax for query problem
  solved!
• AOP DOI registration was too slow via CrossRef
• Created end-run process to Handle Server
• Changing NPG DOI syntax from completely dumb to
  internally logical

• Use DOI for all inbound links to NPG products!
• Document Delivery Revenue is increasing
• Added DOI Search to nature.com
