    implement the District literacy program with
    integrity and fidelity as measured by classroom
    walkthroughs and teacher self-assessments.

Changes to ARDT
  • In place of the traditional ARDT workshops that
    have occurred the last several years, resources
    will be devoted to the successful implementation
    of the District Literacy program.
  • Reading implementation teams from each school
    will meet 4 times during the year
  • Math SEB teams will continue to use PDSA and
    SMART goals (but wont attend District ARDT
    sessions)
