Background

• InDiCo is a CERN-developed application for
  organizing meetings and small conferences
• Not a replacement for any of DocDB, SPMS,
  MeetingMaker, etc.
• Different problem space
• Widely used at CERN by CMS and others
• Chosen by ILC for meeting management
• Fermilab now has a server in production
• Project begun Feb in cooperation w/ AD
• http//indico.fnal.gov
• 250 meetings, primarily AD and DIR

Improvements Needed

• Search capability document metadata
• Localization
• Time zone time/date formats
• Conference rooms ( maps)
• Themes, contact info, etc. etc.
• Integration w/ Fermi accounts authentication
• Use LDAP directory for account info (same as
  email)
• Certificate authentication
• But, not limit to Fermi-only (i.e. not require an
  ID)
• Integration w/ DocDB, MeetingMaker, other tools
• Integration w/ videoconferencing
• Various bug fixes
