Team 1 Hare and squirrel
When reading these results, you must remember
that the snow was like powder. It was very loose
and it may have on effect on the results.

Squirrel line counting We saw two squirrel
tracks in the forest. The average length of the
squirrel jump was about 75,3 cm. The average
length of the squirrels back paw was about 7,0
cm. We found one eating spot of a squirrel, and
there were few eaten pine cones.

Hare line counting In the forest we walked about
two kilometres and came across about 50 hare
tracks. The average length of the hares jump was
approximately 71,8 cm. The average length of the
back paw of the hare was about 11,5 cm. We also
found one eating spot of a hare, where some bark
of an aspen had been eaten.
