- Book, edited book, article, online article, etc.
- Find the appropriate example in APA style manual
5In-text References
- (Author, date) Citing entire source
- (Author, date, pp. -) Citing specific part
- Give enough information to find source in
reference list.

- Haq and Griffin (1996) found that. . .
- In a recent study of health motivation (Haq
Griffin, 1996) found that . . . - In 1996 Haq and Griffin found that . . .
- List all authors up to 6 authors
- If more than 6, use et al.
- (Smith et al., 1993)
