Enter the building through the main entrance.

  • Do not bring anything inside the building . . .
  • No cell phones
  • No purses or bags of any kind
  • No make-up

Except for keys, everything else will be
confiscated and you will have to come to school
the following Tuesday to get your items back.

  • Ladies, do not bring the white collar that was
    included with your graduation robe.
  • When you arrive have your robes on and open.
  • Only one tassel should be attached to your cap.

  • Once you arrive, you will be directed to a
    hallway to line up in groups A, B, C, or D
  • You need to check in with the teachers on that
    hallway

  • Groups correspond to the row that you are on in
    the ceremony
  • Group A 1st row
  • Group B 2nd row
  • Group C 3rd row
  • Group D 4th row

Within each group you will line up by number . .
. Your cards will be numbered 1-71.

You may pick up your diplomas from your counselor
on May 26 and May 27.

  • Please carpool

Guests are to use the Kelly Mill Entrance
to access parking.

Guests with tickets may enter the stadium through
the center gates only beginning at 615 PM

At NO time are guests allowed on the field.

  • The drop off area in front of the stadium will
    only be for those needing extra assistance.
  • Handicap access and seating is located mid-level
    in the stadium stands.
  • All seating is on a first come, first serve
    basis.
  • Programs will be distributed upon entrance to
    the stadium.
  • No balloons or signs will be allowed into the
    stadium.

Tickets . . .
  • Admission is by ticket only.
  • Each senior will receive 15 tickets
    (9 white tickets and 6
    blue tickets)?
  • White tickets are for stadium seating only.
  • Blue tickets are for stadium seating OR
    gymnasium seating. (In the event of inclement
    weather only the blue tickets will allow
    admittance to the gymnasium.)?
  • There are no extra tickets. Please contact
    other seniors and/or their parents to obtain
    tickets that they will not use.

In the event of inclement weather . . .
  • The ceremony will be moved into the main
    gymnasium.
  • The venue change will be announced on the school
    website and a voice message will be left on the
    school phone.
  • An auto dialer message will also be sent.
  • IMPORTANT Due to limited seating, only blue
    tickets will allow admission to the gymnasium.

Photo Op . . . After the ceremony, the graduates
will circle the school logo in the center of the
field for the traditional tossing of their caps.

Photographic Arts
Photographs will be taken by Photographic
Arts. Refer to their website www.schoolpix.biz
after graduation to view the photos and purchase.

Proper Attire
Please remember that this is a formal recognition
and you should dress to reflect this occasion.
  • Gentlemen . . .
  • White-collared dress shirt
  • Tie (optional)?
  • Dark slacks or khakis
  • Dress shoes with matching socks

  • Dress Shoes Keep heels low and/or wide as you
