My Aims

• Show that RECOVERY can and does happen

HOW DID I PRESENT TO THE SERVICES

• I was very depressed
• I was withdrawn
• I had major issues with food
• I had problems communicating
• I was self harming
• I was actively suicidal
• I had a strong need to run

• A magic solution
• Something for everyone else but you!

• Everyone can recover, given the right environment
  and support
• Recovery is a RIGHT that we all have but we need
  to reach out and embrace it with support and
  determination
