Objectives of the Work Using the ICT to cover
challenges facing enhancement of HE, increase
access, equity, and quality in state and private
Egyptian Universities distributed in the
different areas in Egypt with taking into
consideration the disabilities needs Plan of
Work Try to benefit from the knowledge and
information scholars have due to the variety in
their specialties together with the AHEC
achievements, they planned look for financial
resources , using the ICT to reach the
universities in the different geographical
locations, taking into consideration delivery of
programs for the disabilities

  educational institutions, associations,
  professionals in special needs for disabilities,
  NGOs, to raise awareness on access and equity
• Explore opportunities for collaborative research
  among other interested stakeholders
• Develop a webpage for the Egyptian collaborative
  group
• Share the experiences with the other scholars
