• Involve sponsor, membership chair, and secretary,
  as well as, your president
• Be prepared have all materials ready
• Request Club Members to stand, applaud, and
  charge them to meet your clubs newest Rotarian

• Get inductee involved systematically
• Team up with a blue badge Rotarian
• Make inductee useful at meetings
• Emphasize fellowship social programs
• Invite to Board mtgs. District events
• Have them interview an Club old-timer
