What is PAYP?

• Quality award developed in Lincolnshire and
  Rutland over last 2 years
• Aims to recognise an employers commitment to
  young people aged 16-25 years in the workplace

• Six standards across three areas each with a
  number of underlying criteria
• Standards 1-4 look at recruitment and employment
• Standard 5 looks at experience of work
• Standard 6 looks at awareness of opportunity
