1. Log onto DonorNet through the PDA
The first screen the user sees is the login
screen. The user may access the login screen by
entering the DonorNet URL into the PDA browser,
or by clicking on the DonorNet hyperlink in the
email notification.

2. Review Active Notifications
If the user accesses DonorNet by entering the
DonorNet URL into the PDA browser, the user is
presented with the Active Notifications screen
listing all active notifications that the user
has access to at the center. Clicking on the
Match ID will direct the user to the Donor
Summary page. If the user accesses DonorNet by
clicking on the email hyperlink, this Active
Notifications screen is bypassed and the user is
taken directly to the Donor Summary page.

3. Review Donor Summary
The user reviews the Donor Summary listing data
elements that the user has selected to display.
Clicking on the Match Results button takes the
user to the Match Results page.

4. Review Match Results
The Match Results page lists candidates for which
the OPO sent out an electronic notification for.
The user clicks on the candidate name to respond
to the organ offer.

5. Respond to Organ Offer
The user may enter a refusal or provisional yes
response.

6. Select Refusal Code
If the user enters a refusal response, the user
must select a primary refusal code.

7. Select Response Type
The user may select to respond for 1) the
individual candidate only, 2) a range of
candidates that were notified, or 3) the entire
transplant center. The user selects to respond
for the individual candidate.

8. Individual Candidate Response
The system asks the user to confirm the
individual candidate response.

9. Match Results Updated
After confirming the response, the Match Results
page is updated. The offer response is updated
on both the OPO and the TXC views at the same
time.

10. Respond for Another Candidate
The user may enter a provisional yes response for
another candidate.

11. Select Range Response
The user may select to enter a range response for
candidates that were part of the notification and
that do not have existing offer responses.

12. Enter Range Response
The user enters a range provisional yes response
for sequence 17 18.

13. Confirm Range Response
The system asks the user to confirm the range
response.

14. Match Results is Updated
After confirming the response, the Match Results
page is updated.

15. Respond for Another Candidate
The user may enter a refusal response for the
entire TXC.

16. Select Refusal Code
The user selects the primary refusal code.

17. Respond for the Entire TXC
The user selects TXC Response to respond for
the entire TXC.

18. Confirm TXC Response
The user confirms the response for all candidates
listed on the match at the TXC that does not have
an existing offer response.
20
19. Match Results Updated
After confirming the response, the Match Results
page is updated.
