- The Math Placement Test (MPT) is required for
accurate placement into a math course. - Math enrollment options exist that do not require
the MPT. Consult your advisor for help selecting
the appropriate class.

- English 101 must be completed by the time you
reach 45 credits (typically the first year) - SAT Verbal of 710 or above or ACT of 28 or above
exempts you from English 101 - English 100 is recommended with SAT of 440 or
lower or ACT of 16 or lower

- Take GUR unless you have a DTA-AA

- Will register by completed credits for future
quarters, not including current quarter classes.

24Registration Policies
- Registration occurs in four phases
- Course Withdrawal policy on page 73 of DPG
- First two weeks of quarter, free drops
- Weeks 3 through 7 require late drop privilege
- Students given 2 annual late drop privileges each
fall
