where a percentage of the companys total BV for
the month are split amongst all those qualified.
- 1 to 3 split.
- Manager is a 1 time bonus, all others are monthly
and are cumulative with advancement
15Team Bonus Earn 10 on monthly Group Bonus
Volume (GBV) of the lesser team. With just two
teams to build, both your personally sponsored
Consultants and their personally sponsored
Consultants benefit from your efforts. You
accumulate volume to 300,000 GBV of the lesser
team Monthly.

19Matching Level Bonus (MLB) Consultants and
above earn monthly Matching Level Bonuses (MLB)
up to four levels deep. Each personally sponsored
team member placed on any level within your
binary organization is considered your 1st level.
When one of your personally sponsored team
members sponsors their own team member, that new
member becomes your 2nd level and so on. These
bonuses are paid monthly based on 10 Team Bonus

21Matching Generational Bonus (MGB) Executive
Managers (EMs) and above earn a lucrative 10
Matching Generational Bonus (MGB) on all levels
starting with their first qualified SM or above
and down to the next SM or above. Each personally
sponsored team in an organization with a Senior
Manager or above is considered your first
generation. 10 Matching Generational Bonus is
based on Team Bonus only.

23Structure Qualifications
- Senior Managers must have at least 2 unilevel
teams containing at least one Manager. The
Managers may be at any level below them. Two
Managers total, in different teams. -
- Executive Managers must have at least 4
unilevel teams. Two containing at least one
Senior Manager and two containing at least one
Manager. The Senior Managers and the Managers
may be at any level below them. Two Managers,
in different teams. Two Senior Managers, in
different teams

25Weekly Commission
- Retail and Quick Start Bonuses paid weekly
- Rank is based on the previous month
- Commission periods are one week from Monday
through Sunday inclusive, and are paid by
the end of the 3rd week after the end of the
commission period, ie. Up to 3 weeks in
arrears. - Example Close date of Sept 13th will be paid by
Oct 4th
Example If the week spans two months, will be
paid on the HIGHER rank. Monday Aug 31st to
Sunday, Sept 6th. Rank based on July/August
26Autoship
- Shopping cart with special autoship address and
monthly scheduling. - Autoship dates can be selected from the 7th to
24th of the month inclusive. - Most products are included in the 'shopping
cart'. - Prices are discounted by 10, and BV is reduced
by approximately 10. - Consultants signing up for autoship by the end
of their sign up month with 50 BV and receive
the autoship delivery date no later than the
15th of the next month allows for full carryover. - Recurring payments will be scheduled to occur on
or before the ship date early enough to
halt the shipment if the payment is declined. - Notifications will be sent to distributors and
corporate for completion of payment, shipment of
products, and payment failures. - 50 personal bonus volume allows for full
carryover. - 90 personal bonus volume qualifies consultant
for monthly qualification.
27Volume Carryover
- Excess volume is the difference in volume
between the left team and the right team. - A percentage of this difference may be held over
to the following month and added to the BV on
the team which had the greater volume at the end
of the month from which the excess volume was
held over. - The excess volume is not counted up the binary
tree, it is just added at the consultant's
position for calculation of that
consultant's team commission. - Consultants signing up for autoship by the end
of their sign up month with 50 BV and receive
the autoship delivery date no later than the
15th of the next month allows for full carryover. - Any distributor that has had autoship scheduled
for 2 months continuously, ie they currently have
autoship scheduled when commissions are run
and it was setup at least 2 calendar months
before, qualifies for 100 of their excess volume
to be carried over from the previous month. - For distributors that do not qualify as above,
each signup from the previous month will qualify
for 25 of excess volume to be held over
from the previous month. Lose all carryover if
autoship is stopped unless there is 4 sign
ups per month
