  • Susan, your EHS/HS Manager, has just stopped by
    your office and tells you that she needs to talk
    with you. She shares that she has just finished
    her meeting with Linda, an infant/toddle teacher,
    to review Lindas 1-year performance evaluation.
  • Susan shares with you that the evaluation was not
    good, and that she had strong reservations about
    Linda continuing to be with the babies and
    toddlers, and that perhaps she might be better
    with the 3-5 year olds.
  • Susan also shares that Linda was very upset and
    angry during the meeting and is giving you a
