• Never Employed
• Resignation
• Termination
• Separation Reason Field will display options
  based on what is selected in the Category field.
  For instance Childcare is a Separation Reason
  option when Resignation is selected.

  (Voluntary/ Involuntary)
• Defaults are
• Voluntary
• Involuntary
• This field is used for reporting and to assist in
  the Unemployment Insurance process.
• This field defaults and cannot be changed by the
  requestor.

• No
• This field is used to assist in the Unemployment
  Insurance process.
• This field defaults and can be changed by the
  requestor based on the situation if changed, the
  request will be routed to Employee Relations/OAA
  for review/approval.
