• A /- 10 day event (7-8 sailing)
• Crews may be mixed or boat crew/country

• Formal commitment for maximal support of the 3
  concerned national organisations (local groups)
• Should cost no money from the NSO (except
  indirect costs of support)
• Look out for international sponsoring e.g. EU,
  ESO, Shipping companies
• NSOs or local group take care of an attractive
  program (3 evenings) in their homeland
• Formal commitment of at least 10 countries to
  send delegation (crew 71)
• Finding charter boats at reasonable price
  (possible in Adriatic)

• Organized common catering (to be assembled by the

• In principle all cooking is on board (evenings ?)

• 50 travel costs (in time cheap tickets)
• NSOs look for local sponsoring for lowering costs
  of food, gadgets (polos, badge .)
