• Hades is the son of Cronus and Rhea
• Hades is one of three brothers, Hades, Zeus, and
  Poseidon he also has three sisters, Hestia,
  Demeter, and Hera
• At birth all three of them were given a third of
  the world to control, Hades was given the
  underworld

Powers

• Hades controls the underworld and who gets in
  and exits
• He is known as the rich one, because he has all
  the riches of the earth with him in the
  underworld
• Its often mistaken that Hades is the god of
  death but he is not

• Persephone who is seen in the main picture
  before was the love of Hades he abducted her
  into the underworld and loved her very much, but
  she was not meant to be down there and Hades
  brother Zeus ordered Persephone to be released to
  the upper world, but Hades made her eat an apple
  before she left that tied her to the underworld
  forever
