- Small meeting requests up to 5 delegates
- 3 weeks before the proposed meeting
- Larger meeting requests (such as MC, workshops
etc.) - 4 weeks before the proposed meeting
- Request for Local Organiser Support
- 2 months before the proposed meeting
- The Grant Holder endeavours to reply to a request
presented through MC Chair in accordance with the
set rules within 10 working days. - The Chair has the final responsibility for
approving the list of participants entitled to be
reimbursed. The Chair can delegate this approval
task to another MC member (MC Local Organiser or
