  conflict and crisis manager,

• To organize and to make sure everything gets done
  in a safe way, and that the best possible quality

  which in turn trickles down when the nurse is
  dealing with patients.

Reflect your experience working in the ward/clinic

• During our placement at Ripas, there is a
  conflict between staff nurse and patients
  relative about the intubation. Then the ward
  manager ask the relative to gather at her room
  and the ward manager explain about the intubation
  with great communication skill with reasonable
  reason which make the relative confident and
  trust about the procedure.
