  • Quality is essentially about learning what you
    are doing well and doing it better. It also means
    finding out what you may need to change to make
    sure you meet the needs of your service users.
    Quality is about
  • knowing what you want to do and how you want to
    do it
  • learning from what you do
  • using what you learn to develop your organization
    and its services
  • seeking to achieve continuous improvement
  • satisfying your stakeholders - those different
    people and groups with an interest in your
    organization.

QUALITIES OF A GOOD NURSE MANAGER
  • Respect staff as professionals,
  • Set standards and clear professional example,
  • Be organized, yet creative and flexible,
  • Be an effective decision maker, as well as a
    conflict and crisis manager,
  • Motivate and empower staff,

  • To make the workplace pleasant.
  • To ensure an understanding and qualified
    workplace.
  • Ensure all the organizations to understand the
    message sent.
  • Improve commitment and job satisfaction.
  • To make things more tolerable.

    importance of what they're working on.

Reflect your experience working in the ward/clinic
  • During our placement at Ripas, there is a
    conflict between staff nurse and patients
    relative about the intubation. Then the ward
    manager ask the relative to gather at her room
    and the ward manager explain about the intubation
    with great communication skill with reasonable
    reason which make the relative confident and
    trust about the procedure.
