Perhaps all these forms may be seen in the
crucifixion of Christ. Note some of the sins
around the cross.

• Sin is a the transgression of the Law.
• One sin leads to another, thus many forms of sin.

• Yet now, brethren, I know that you did it in
  ignorance, as did also your rulers. (Acts 317)
• Then Jesus said, Father, forgive them, for they
  do not know what they do. And they divided His
  garments and cast lots. (Luke 2334)
• But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, the
  hidden wisdom which God ordained before the ages
  for our glory, which none of the rulers of this
  age knew for had they known, they would not have
  crucified the Lord of glory. (1 Cor. 27-8)

  not speak peaceably to him. Now Joseph had a
  dream, and he told it to his brothers and they
  hated him even more. So he said to them, Please
  hear this dream which I have dreamed There we
  were, binding sheaves in the field. Then behold,
  my sheaf arose and also stood upright and indeed
  your sheaves stood all around and bowed down to
  my sheaf. And his brothers said to him, Shall
  you indeed reign over us? Or shall you indeed
  have dominion over us?

• So they hated him even more for his dreams and
  for his words. Then he dreamed still another
  dream and told it to his brothers, and said,
  Look, I have dreamed another dream. And this
  time, the sun, the moon, and the eleven stars
  bowed down to me. So he told it to his father

  said to him, What is this dream that you have
  dreamed? Shall your mother and I and your
  brothers indeed come to bow down to the earth

  ambitions, dissensions, heresies, envy, murders,
  drunkenness, revelries, and the like of which I
  tell you beforehand, just as I also told you in
  time past, that those who practice such things
  will not inherit the kingdom of God. (Gal.

  this happened that the word might be fulfilled
  which is written in their law, They hated Me

  Me before it hated you. If you were of the world,
  the world would love its own. Yet because you are
  not of the world, but I chose you out of the
  world, therefore the world hates you. Remember
  the word that I said to you, A servant is not
  greater than his master. If they persecuted Me,
  they will also persecute you. If they kept My
  word, they will keep yours also. But all these
  things they will do to you for My name's sake,
  because they do not know Him who sent Me. (John

  the son of Joseph. And Nathanael said to him,

• Many Reject the Power of God to Salvation
• So, as much as is in me, I am ready to preach the
  gospel to you who are in Rome also. For I am not
  ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the
  power of God to salvation for everyone who
  believes, for the Jew first and also for the
  Greek. (Rom. 116-17)
• They Reject the Gospel by Rejecting Baptism
• And He said to them, Go into all the world and
  preach the gospel to every creature. He who
  believes and is baptized will be saved but he
  who does not believe will be condemned. (Mark
