Title: Jeff Stauring Coaches Businesses on Continuous Improvement
1Jeff Stauring Coaches Businesses on Continuous
Improvement
2Jeff Stauring was groomed early in his career to
succeed through continuous improvement. He brings
that ideal with him to every business he coaches.
Jeff says that the key to success for all
enterprises is to improve upon products or
services. Jeff reinforces continuous improvement
because it is what keeps businesses in business
and results in new and improved products. To best
understand the concept, imagine products such as
a cell phone, iPod, or laptop and realize that
they were all developed and improved.
3Continuous improvement not only results in new
products but more importantly in reduced costs
therefore making products more affordable.
Product affordability results in higher standards
of living. If anyone were to look at some of the
most successful people in the world the one
common theme would be continuous improvement.
Think about the most successful business people
in the world such as Henry Ford, Steve Jobs, Bill
Gates, Jack Welch, and Richard Branson.
4Think about the most successful performers in the
world Cher, Elton John, Billie Joel, and The
Rolling Stones. Think about the most successful
athletes in the world Mohammad Ali, Michael
Phelps, and Serena, Venus Williams. Think about
some of the people that changed the world Gandhi,
Mother Theresa, Ronald Reagan, and Winston
Churchill. They all share the same mindset. They
all realized that they could improve on something
and make it better and better through continuous
improvement.
