  • Divisional Goal Student Affairs has created 5
    overarching goals that will guide the Division
    for the next 5 years (FY2011-FY1015)
  • Strategic Priority Each department will have 2
    strategic priorities (one COP-based one
    department-specific) that will appropriately
    align with Divisional Goals these strategic
    priorities will remain consistent over a span of
    5 years measureable outcomes related to the
    priority will be reported.
  • Annual Priority In addition to the two, on-going
    strategic priorities departments will be asked to
    develop two annual priorities with related
    measurable outcomes.

  • You will hear from your AVP/Director within a
    weeks time related to the scheduling of this
    meeting.
  • These are open to all that want to attend
    contribute some individuals will be expected to
    attend.

  • Discuss COP specific goal possible priority
    candidates
  • Identify strategies to continue dialogue and
    build synergy
  • Share time lines related deadlines

    an interest in getting involved.

    aspirations to life!

Time Line
  • COP/Department Meetings
  • From now until June 19, 2009
  • Proposed strategic priorities are due June 20,
    2009 to the Office of the Vice President for
  • Student Affairs.
  • Final plan will be unveiled at the
  • 2009 State of the Division program on
  • October 1, 2009.
